List Your Home or Condo on the MLS for
Free!
The steps for getting your property listed on the MLS are as follows:

Decide on the asking
price and commission you want to offer/advertise on the MLS. You
will need to measure your rooms (its best to measure all rooms, but
you must provide measurements for your living room and master bed
room) Also, gather your last tax bill, contact information for your
association (if any), current bills for association dues, etc. so
you have all the information you will need to complete the MLS
submission.

Decide whether or not
you want to order the optional Virtual Tour Photography & Marketing
Package, as well as the optional Supra E-Key lockbox. Adding a
virtual tour package to your listing will give your listing
significant additional exposure, plus we will design a professional
flyer for your property, install a flyer box and supply you with
unlimited flyer refills (does not apply to condominiums or
properties where no sign can be installed).

Submit your MLS Listing
information to us using the MLS submission forms:
For condominiums,
please click here. For single-family homes, please click here.

We will send you a
completed listing agreement via email which you need to sign
electronically. As soon as we receive confirmation of your
electronic signature we will
activate your listing on the MLS. If there are multiple property
owners, all property owners will need to sign the listing agreement
electronically.

You will also receive
your home seller guide, along with the necessary forms and
disclosures you will need to sell your house. The home seller guide
is provided electronically as a PDF file.

You need to email us a
photo of the property if you did not order the optional photography
package.

If you have ordered the
lock box option then we will contact you to set an appointment to
get a key to place in the lockbox. If you ordered the photography
package then we will contact you to also set an appointment for the
photographer.

If you want to offer to
pay for title insurance, and
select Bravo Title as the closing
agent,
then we will forward you together with the listing agreement any
additional documentation required. There will be no payment due on
any of these services until we actually provide the service.

As soon as your listing
has been activated in the MLS you will receive a copy of the MLS
record for your approval or correction. You may make changes to your
MLS listing at any time. The first change will be free of charge.
Further changes will be assessed a one time data-base access fee of
$50 per database access. You can perform multiple changes per
database access (such as changing the price and changing the
description).
